Selection Criteria: Students who meet all the following criteria are counted: With a record in the Student Program Award (SP) file for the district for the reporting year where program award type is A or S and the program control number is not reported as an approved ADT program in COCI. With a record in the Student Enrollment (SX) file for the district for any term in the reporting year. With a record in the student aid award (FA) file for any district for any year up to and including the reporting year where student award type is GP and the student aid award amount received is greater than zero. Not counted in SCFF Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) metric in district in reporting year.
