SM 600SX Wrapper Metric for Students in Selected Student Journey Who Transitioned to Postsecondary or Who Earned an Award or Who Attained Apprenticeship Journey Status

Definition

Among students in selected student journey, the number of students who earned various types of awards in the selected year or attained apprenticeship journey status and the number of adult basic education, adult secondary education, and English as a Second Language students who enrolled in either a noncredit career education course or any college level credit course in the selected or subsequent year.

* Wrapper metrics are solely for the display of other metrics by grouping together those metrics to show overall rates or percentages for comparison * To align to the new SCFF definition for completion, the student has to be enrolled in the selected year at any college in the district. * As part of SM 2.6, all metrics related to apprenticeship journey status will require that the student be enrolled at a California community college during the year that the student started the apprenticeship program. Also, the student does not have to be enrolled in the selected year when they attained apprenticeship journey status
