Completion of Transfer Level Mathematics and English (Pell Grant Recipients)
Definition
Headcount of students by district who successfully completed both a transfer-level mathematics course and a transfer-level English course with grades equivalent to C or better in the district during the academic year when first reported as non-special admit credit student who received a Federal Pell Grant in the system in the reporting year or any prior year.

Students who meet all of the following criteria are counted:
Is a first time non-special admit credit student in any term in the reporting year,
With a record in the Student Enrollment (SX) file for the district for any term in the reporting year where course TOP code is 170100 and enrollment credit status is T and grade is A, B, C, P, IA, IB, IC, or IPP,
With a record in the Student Enrollment (SX) file for the district for any term in the reporting year where course TOP code is 150100 or 152000 and enrollment credit status is T and grade is A, B, C, P, IA, IB, IC, or IPP,
With a record in the student aid award (FA) file for any district for any year up to and including the reporting year where student award type is GP and the student aid award amount received is greater than zero.
